I am Thankful to be Able to Volunteer at the Lexington Public Library
With Thanksgiving just around the corner, I want to share a few things I am thankful for. I truly am thankful for the experiences I have had so far volunteering at the Library because they have made me look at the world in a new way. Below is a video explaining how the Library has affected me!

I love how you tied this in with Thanksgiving and how there is so much to be thankful for! Working with kids always allows for a new perspective, and sometimes we forget how blessed we are. I know that it is very rewarding to be able to help someone that might be in a less fortunate situation than you are, and I can see that volunteering at the Lexington Public Library has had a huge impact on you. I'm sure you have had a huge impact on the kids as well! Keep doing great things, and I can't wait to hear about your future experiences!

Kids do allow for a new perspective which I have experienced every time I work at the Library. I cannot wait to go back and experience new people and situations!
